AI writes at machine speed. Someone still has to sign for it.
We are a Brazilian Operational Intelligence startup built on agentic AI. Before we ask a team to adopt our rules, those rules apply to us. They are all here: what we value, what we refuse, why we exist and how we work.
Five commitments that change a Tuesday decision.
A value that costs nothing in a real choice is wall decoration. These five show up when the deadline tightens, when the AI suggestion looks too good, and when someone has to answer for what shipped.
The gate comes before the deadline
When the schedule tightens, scope gives way, never the gate. We would rather ship less with a recorded decision than ship more with no one to answer for it.
Whoever signs has to understand
Nobody approves what they cannot read. If a proposal does not fit an honest human review, it comes back smaller, it does not go through bigger.
Recorded by default
Every decision is born written down: what was proposed, what was accepted, what was refused and why. Rebuilding that history later costs far too much to be an optional task.
A refusal counts too
Saying no to an AI suggestion is work, and it stays in the record with the same weight as what went through. A team that only measures what it accepted learns nothing from what it blocked.
The rule lives in the code
A rule that depends on someone remembering is not a rule, it is an intention. What binds the team becomes a checkable constraint in the repository, not advice in a document nobody opens.
What we refuse and what we stand for.
It is written in the first person plural because this is not market commentary. It is what we do, and what we refuse to do, when nobody is watching.
We do not acceptWe stand for
We do not trade speed for lost context.
Business context travels with the code, from the first request to the merge.
We do not measure progress by volume of generated code.
We measure by what reached the user and stayed standing afterwards.
We do not ask anyone to trust the machine in the dark.
The evidence of what was done comes out ready, with no extra work for the team.
We do not treat AI as a threat to the team.
We treat it as extra capacity, with its own scope and credential.
We do not hide what AI got wrong.
The mistake becomes team learning and a fix in the product.
We do not turn governance into a meeting.
The bar sits inside the flow, where the work already passes.
We do not preach what we do not use.
We run and evolve h|ve on the full platform ourselves, and what hurts here becomes a fix in the product, fast.
None of this is about slowing AI down. It is about keeping the right to say no without giving up the speed.
Why we exist and where we want to get to.
Mission
Expand the capacity of the people who build software
We exist so engineering teams can use the full capability of AI and raise what they are able to deliver: more scope, more quality, less repeated work. We carry along what usually falls behind when speed goes up, the business context and control of the operation, so the gain shows up in the company result and not only in a line count.
Vision
AI operating inside the company model
We want building with AI to be as predictable as any mature process in the company: a clear standard, measured results and history available. An organisation should scale agents and tools across dozens of teams without multiplying risk, rework or vendor dependency, and see in numbers what that scale gave back to the business.
